As we plan to expand to other metros, we need a chef who can elevate our meals, introduce bold new flavors, and continuously innovate while staying true to health, quality, and operational efficiency. This role directly shapes what thousands of customers eat every day.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef with strong exposure to modern cuisines especially in the healthy category, and a proven track record of developing new recipes, building menus, and improving existing dishes. You will work closely with the Head Chef, and MPD team to design, test, refine, and scale recipes that meet Haett’s nutritional standards and production capabilities. Experience in catering, hotels, or large restaurant operations is highly valuable due to the scale and precision required.

What You'll Do

  • Own marketing priorities for the Hyderabad region
  • Design and run full-funnel marketing initiatives
  • Establish baselines, run experiments, and iterate
  • Track and interpret KPIs across the funnel
  • Partner closely with finance, operations, and CX
  • Turn execution into insights, and insights into better decisions

This is a thinking + doing role.

What We’re Looking For

This role is a strong fit if you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in marketing (digital / performance background preferred)
  • Are very comfortable with numbers, analytics, and measurement
  • Think about marketing as a system, not a set of campaigns
  • Understand prioritization, trade-offs, and impact
  • Have run or supported full-funnel growth initiatives
  • Are hands-on and execution-oriented
  • Are hungry to learn, grow, and prove yourself
  • Experience in B2C, subscriptions, D2C, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
